The Health Benefits of Scented Candles

It is a fact: one of my greatest pleasures is to burn a scented candle while reading my favourite book. Many of us have been burning more candles lately. Candles are a tradition in many cultures. Some of the more popular aromas such as geranium, lavender, citrus and peppermint have proven to be useful in the treatment of certain psychological and physiological disorders.
