3. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes due to carrier limitations.
- Certain items may have shipping restrictions, which will be noted on the product page.
- Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to restrictions will be cancelled and refunded.
4. Handling Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons.

To our knowledge, no other company is using the same trading name as Ballygarvan Soap & Candles Limited (Cork).

2. What information about me do you collect & use? Where do we get your personal data from?
"Personal data" is data which can identify you, either directly or indirectly, as an identified or identifiable individual.
When you engage with us via the website, by letter, telephone or personally, we collect personal data in accordance with the law to identify you, such as your name, address, contact details and purpose of your enquiry or concern.
We collect data directly from you when you:

We will also collect your name address, contact details, date of birth and PPS number in order to draft the Letter of Agreement when you become a client of our company. We may also require a copy of your passport, driving licence or ID in order to verify your identity for the purpose of providing you with any of our services.
To verify your address and residence status we may also collect additional information such as your residence address and we will require to verify this with two standard documents such as bank statement, Revenue correspondence not older than six months.

The personal data we are required by law to collect includes the following:

Home address & work address (for individuals and sole traders)
Legal address for companies and partnerships.

Home and work/office phone numbers.

Any other data or records which we require to process on your behalf, or which is necessary for us to process in order to fulfil our role in providing our services to you.
Images and video data via security cameras located on our premises as well as recordings of our zoom / online meetings with you .
PPS number, company / partnership registration number and VAT registration number.
We can also obtain and collect personal information that you make available on social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personal information or sensitive data through social media, this information may be collected and used by others. We have no control over such social media website, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to such data. You should consult each site's Privacy Policy for information about their data processing.

3. Do we offer our services directly to children (persons under 16 years old)?
The services we provide are not directed to children under the age of 16 years and we request that such individuals do not provide personal data to us. We do NOT collect any data from children and if we discover that we inadvertently have such data we will immediately delete it.

9. Can I stop getting emails, text messages and other communications from you?

11. How long do you keep my information?
